Community Support: Figaro's Pizza / Cousin's Subs - Pulaski, Wisconsin

The lines are long, the service is speedy, the food is delicious, and the support for high school sports is never-ending!   So it goes for
Cindy and Doug Egnarski of Figaro's Pizza of Pulaski, Wisconsin.

For ten years, Figaro's Pizza / Cousin's Subs has been a popular place to gather for a great meal; maybe not as well known is that they are generous givers of time and finances to the entire Pulaski, Wisconsin community.  Whether they are giving financial support to Pulaski High School or giving twenty-two different high school students an opportunity to work in a flexible schedule, Figaro's Pizza is all about the community.

It's all about giving!

As Cindy stated, "You should always give more than you get!" Every meal made for hungry visitors provides another opportunity for Cindy and Doug to provide support for Pulaski High School.  The Pride of Pulaski comes through loud and clear when talking to Cindy.  She states,

"We are so fortunate to be in the Pulaski School District.  Why we can give back, why we do give back...because it's just a great community. It's given so much to our family...especially to the kids, the teaching staff, the coaching staff...it's been great!"

Giving to a cause such as Pulaski High School happens because "we give to something that has to be the right cause and it has to affect a good group of people."

If you and your family are headed to Pulaski for a game, the number one Cousin's meal is the club sub, chips and a drink.  If pizza is calling your appetite, the Mama's Favorite Pizza and cheesy breadsticks is the favorite on the Figaro's side.  If that's not something that interests you the variety of subs and pizzas is certain to allow you to eat whatever you want!

Another amazing show of community collaboration is on display with Bay-Tek Entertainment partnering with Figaro's to provide engaging video games.  After you've enjoyed an amazing meal, stop in to the connected arcade to experience the latest and greatest coin-operated games.  There is no lack of choice when it comes to testing your skills at ticket redemption games.



Before we ended the interview, Cindy stated, "We get thanked, (for supporting Pulaski High School) but giving is the reward." Cindy continued, "What we give back to the community is small in comparison to what the Pulaski community has given us.  The teachers, coaches, administrators, and community members have been great role models and mentors to our children.  (We are) doing what other businesses (in Pulaski) are always willing to do - help each other out."

This couldn't be any more true as Cindy wouldn't let us leave before she insisted we take a sub to go.

Free, of course, as giving is the Egnarski way.
